Can I try SHIELD for free? Free trial?

Absolutely! Choose any plan to start a 10 day free trial. We require credit card information. However, you can always cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

Can I connect more LinkedIn accounts?

Absolutely.

You can connect colleagues or clients, whoever you like. As long as they accept your invitation.

You will need a separate SHIELD license for each account you want to connect.

Multi-account setups are currently only available on the PRO plan.

How can I pay?

We accept most credit cards. All payments are handled securely by Stripe Payments and no card info is stored on our servers.

What happens when I add or remove users?

When you add/remove users your plan is upgraded/downgraded accordingly.

For example if a new user joins your team. We will automatically charge you for 1 additional user and ONLY for the remaining days of your billing cycle.

When you remove a user, the remaining days of his subscription are calculated and returned in the form of credit. This credit is automatically used as payment method at your next billing cycle.

Is my credit card information secure?

At SHIELD we take credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Stripe Payments to securely handle credit card information. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Do you issue invoices? Is VAT included?

Yes, we do issue invoices and VAT is included in the price if it applies to you. You can edit your invoice information and provide your company information to our support team after signing up.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer great savings on ALL  plans when billed yearly.

We also offer special discounts to educational institutions and non-profit organizations.
