Can I track multiple LinkedIn accounts?

Yes. With Shield for Business you can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts, from colleagues or clients, with their active consent.

Can I join your referral program?

Yes. You can become a Shield affiliate and start earning by referring new customers to us.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your content statistics and related metadata. Export to CSV is available on Shield INFLUENCER and Shield for Business. Go to pricing.

Is Shield GDPR compliant?

Yes. We keep your data safe on European servers, and enable you to invoke your Right to Data Portability (GDPR, article 20). Learn more.

Can I track my LinkedIn company page?

No. Support for LinkedIn company pages is in early development. Meanwhile our focus is on personal LinkedIn accounts.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription any time you want.

  • During trial
    When you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged and your subscription, and access to Shield, will end when your trial ends.

  • Active subscriptions
    When you cancel an active subscription, your subscription and access will remain intact until the end of your current billing period. In both cases your Shield account and data will be marked for deletion after your subscription ends.

  • Refunds
    All payments made to Shield are eligible for refund within 48 hours after the purchase.
